BaliBlissed provides a platform for travel inspiration, AI-generated itineraries, an interactive travel chatbot, private car charters, and curated travel packages in Bali, Indonesia.

To access certain features, such as saving itineraries and chatting with our AI assistant, you must create an account (via email/password or third-party like Google OAuth).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the BaliBlissed platform to:

• Generate, upload, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content through our chat and itinerary services.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI models, APIs, or underlying software.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with BaliBlissed.

• All bookings made through the website or WhatsApp are subject to availability.
• Prices for car charters and packages are listed in USD/IDR and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
• Specific payment terms and invoices will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

• Private Car Charters: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are generally eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated.
• Custom Packages: Refund policies for curated packages vary based on the specific third-party vendors (hotels, activity providers) involved.

All content, features, and functionality on the website are the exclusive property of BaliBlissed.

• AI-Generated Itineraries: The itineraries and chat responses generated by our AI tools are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. While you may use these for your travel planning, BaliBlissed retains intellectual property rights over the proprietary generation processes.

BaliBlissed acts as an intermediary and travel technology provider. We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for:

• AI Output Accuracy: The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated suggestions. AI models can occasionally produce incorrect information (hallucinations); these outputs are intended for inspiration and must be verified by the user.
• Travel Incidents: Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure, nor personal injury or loss of property during tours, though we strictly partner with reputable local operators.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bali, Indonesia.
