BaliBlissed is a Bali travel platform. We offer AI-generated itineraries, an interactive travel chatbot (Made Concierge), private car charters, curated travel packages, a destinations guide, a travel blog, and a reviews system.

To access certain features, such as saving itineraries and chatting with our AI assistant, you must create an account (via email/password or third-party services like Google OAuth or WeChat). Guest users may submit reviews and contact inquiries without an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the BaliBlissed platform to:

• Generate, upload, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content through our chat and itinerary services.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI models, APIs, or underlying software.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with BaliBlissed.

• All booking requests submitted through the website, email, or WhatsApp are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after BaliBlissed confirms availability and sends the final booking details.
• Prices for car charters and packages are listed in USD and may change until a booking is confirmed.
• The website provides a contact and inquiry system. Final booking, payment terms, and invoices are handled manually via email or WhatsApp upon confirmation.

• Private Car Charters: Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund of any amounts paid. The service operates on a book-now-pay-later basis with no deposit required, so no payment is collected upfront. Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Custom Packages: Each vendor (hotel, activity provider) sets its own cancellation window and refund terms. Vendor-specific deadlines and conditions will be shared in writing before any payment is collected. Refund eligibility depends on the vendor's policy and the timing of cancellation relative to the service date.

All content, features, and functionality on the website are the exclusive property of BaliBlissed.

• AI-Generated Itineraries: The itineraries and chat responses generated by our AI tools are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. While you may use these for your travel planning, BaliBlissed retains intellectual property rights over the proprietary generation processes.

BaliBlissed acts as an intermediary and travel technology provider. We are not liable for:

• AI Output Accuracy: The accuracy and reliability of AI-generated suggestions. AI models can produce incorrect information (hallucinations). These outputs are for inspiration and must be verified by the user.
• Content Accuracy: The accuracy of information in blog posts, destination guides, or other editorial content, which is provided for informational purposes.
• Third-Party Services: Downtime, errors, or changes in third-party services (AI providers, Google services, cloud infrastructure) that may affect platform availability.
• Travel Incidents: Personal injury, property loss, or delays caused by independent local tour operators during tours, including disruptions from traffic, weather, or force majeure. We partner with these operators but do not control their services. This exclusion does not cover liability arising from BaliBlissed's own acts or omissions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bali, Indonesia.
